Publix Recipe: Perfect Ham

1 Big Thing of Ham.

  • Set oven to 325 degrees
  • wrap naked ham in foil
  • put on shallow glass baking pan
  • allow 20 minutes per pound, if ham is over 10 pounds, allow 15-18 minutes per pound
  • when ham is done (140 degrees F)
  • transfer to carving board, let stand 10-20 minutes to let juices redistribute
  • carve ham!
