1 Big Thing of Ham.
- Set oven to 325 degrees
- wrap naked ham in foil
- put on shallow glass baking pan
- allow 20 minutes per pound, if ham is over 10 pounds, allow 15-18 minutes per pound
- when ham is done (140 degrees F)
- transfer to carving board, let stand 10-20 minutes to let juices redistribute
- carve ham!
